IU Kelley and Manchester Business School Announce New Joint MBA

Hybrid program takes four semester to complete, with 4-6 days of face-to-face study per semester

Alliance Manchester Business School has partnered with Indiana University's Kelley School of Business to launch a joint MBA program.

The program will take four semesters over two years to complete. Although much of the curriculum will be delivered online, the MBA will feature 4-6 days of face-to-face study per semester.

During the first semester, students will spend four days at the Kelley School in Indiana, and then during the second semester the residential component will be delivered over six days at one of Manchester International Business Centers, which are located in Dubai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Sao Paolo. The third semester includes an optional five-day residential session in Washington, D.C.

Students will return to one of Manchester's International Business Centers for another six days during the final semester.

No immediate information was available in regards to the MBA's curriculum.

Graduates of the program will receive two degrees, one from each school.

As it is a hybrid program, it's aimed at working professionals who can't pursue a full-time MBA program.

The program will cost $65,000. The Kelley-Manchester Global MBA is set to launch in July of 2016.

IU Kelley's online MBA program is currently ranked fifth in the Online MBA Ranking from the Financial Times; its traditional full-time MBA is ranked 54th in that publication's Global MBA Ranking. Manchester's full-time MBA is ranked 38th in the Global MBA Ranking.
