Program will take 3-5 years to complete

Newcastle University Business School will launch an online MBA program, the school announced today.

The program, called "Global MBA" will launch in September 2015. The curriculum will be made of five modules, covering topics like "Strategy in a Global Context," "Accounting and Finance," and "Strategic Marketing," for example.

The Global MBA will also feature three face-to-face workshops in "international locations," according to the program webpage. Additionally, the program will include three projects that are to be built around participants' current jobs.

The program will be flexible and can be completed in between three and five years.

To apply, interested candidates should have at least a 2:1 honors degree or international equivalent, as well as a minimum of three years of work experience. Applicants whose first language is not English will need to score at least 7.0 on the IELTS or 69 on Pearson's PTE Academic Test (or equivalent.)
