Maryland's Salisbury University to Offer an Online MBA in 2015

Program can be completed in as short as one year

Maryland's Salisbury University Perdue School of Business will launch an online MBA program in 2015.

The program will have two delivery options. Students can either choose to have their classes are delivered completely, or they can combine their online learning with one night per week of classroom instruction, in a hybrid model.

Students can also choose to pursue an accelerated track as part of the MBA program, in which they can complete the program in just one year. With a part-time option, the program can be completed in two years.

In addition to covering core business topics like accounting and supply chain management, the program will also focus on helping students develop their skills in using enterprise resource planning software "to highlight the integrated nature of business processes," according to the course webpage.

Salisbury - Perdue is accredited by AACSB International. Other business schools that offer AACSB-accredited online MBA programs in Maryland are the University of Baltimore and Towson University (which offer a joint online MBA,) and the University of Maryland's Smith School of Business, which launched an online MBA program in January.

Salisbury - Perdue's online MBA program is set to launch next fall. For more information, please see the Salisbury - Perdue Online MBA course webpage.
