Top 10 Online MBA Programs in Europe

In the UK, Warwick Business School has led the ranking of Online MBAs by the Financial Times newspaper in London for the third consecutive year. This feat is attributed to the strong salary uplift and career progression achieved by Warwick alumni three years after graduation. Alumni command an average salary of $204,799, which is a 40 percent increase over the three years. 

Spain’s IE Business School in Madrid came second on the FT’s global ranking of distance learning MBA degrees. It has a highly international student body with 91 percent coming from outside Spain. Students also praise IE’s international exposure and networking opportunities. Moreover, the business school has the highest score for corporate social responsibility. 

This school’s Online MBA is ranked number one in the UK and second in the world by QS. Imperial College is one of the world’s leading science and engineering universities. So the Online MBA focuses on innovative thinking and new technology in a highly practical curriculum. Imperial has a state-of-the-art online learning platform that lets students connect and work from anywhere at any time. 

Vlerick Business School in Belgium puts on a relatively new Online MBA program in the heart of Europe. The business school is triple-accredited and has a strong track record in delivering quality online instruction. The course can be completed in just a year (or in up to five). Students will join a 23,000-strong global alumni network on graduation. 

Politecnico di Milano School of Management in Milan, Italy, runs a well-regarded and flexible Online MBA. Durham University Business School has an Online MBA that is ranked seventh in the world by the FT and third in Europe. Students study predominantly online but can complete some of their studies at Durham in the north of England. Elsewhere in the UK, the University of Bradford School of Management has been hosting one of the world’s longest-running Online MBA programs. The FT ranked it as third overall in the UK and the best in the world in terms of value for money. Established more than 50 years ago, Bradford’s course was also ranked 12th globally in a separate ranking by CEO Magazine. 

The EuroMBA is a two-year online course run by Maastricht University’s School of Business and Economics in the Netherlands. But there are three residential modules at a whole host of top European business schools: Audencia, and IAE Aix in France; Eada of Spain; HHL-Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany; and Poland’s Kozminsky University.
