The new business MOOCs cover topics in organizational management, social entrepreneurship, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. Here's a list of the new courses:
Time to Reorganize! Understand Organizations, Act, and Build a Meaningful World will help participants develop an integrative approach to understand organizations and behavior. The six-week long MOOC will cover topics in organizational management, competition and competitive advantage, and understanding change. It's set to launch on Coursera on January 13th.
Devenir entrepreneur du changement will cover topics in social entrepreneurship and be delivered in French. It's offered in partnership with "Ticket for Change," which is an organization dedicated to helping young people change society through entrepreneurship. The course will be offered on Coursera beginning on February 24th.
Créer et développer une startup technologique will also be delivered in French and will delve into the basics of how to set up a technology-based startup. It will cover the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities, along with topics in strategy, technology, commercial development, HR, and finance, in the context of a startup. This course will launch on April 1st, 2015, also on Coursera.
And finally, HEC Paris will launch an online Executive Education Certificate program on Corporate Finance with First Finance Institute. This certificate will take about 60 to 80 hours to complete, and will be delivered in both French and Mandarin.
