I am MBA holder from more than 5 years and I would to continue and start DBA program and I have some options in Egypt through the classic study like lectures, attendance,... Etc while I am thinking if possible to submit a request to any business school or university in Europe like Germany or any other country to study it through online or distance learning

Noting I have the ability to travel once per year if it is require

So I need any recommendations for accredited place and suitable cost

What do you want to do with the DBA? What level of accreditation do you want and what is your budget? Aston, Bradford, Leicester, Manchester, Southampton, Reading, Warwick and Westminster universities have good options for distance learning DBA. I'd also consider distance learning PhD programmes if you want to teach internationally.

First thanks for your reply and kindly note the following
1-I would like to study DBA or PhD as I main and first aim is to gain knowledge then be academic in some private sectors
2- I am searching to distance learning instead of attendance study in my country because I am comparing and assuming that Eroup university will be more better in accredit comparing with our university in Egypt with the same cost
3- planned cost on average around 6000 usd
4- duration I am expected to be from 3 to 4 years

Noting I have option or idea that I can study distance learning in addition to travel one time per year for exams if needed

So if you have any detailed advise matching my requirement it will be great

I am not aware of any internationally accredited business school with a DL doctorate close to that budget.

As per your knowledge what's the lowest cost you know and in which place and for how many years, may be I can increase the budget to be affordable to me

Look through the eight examples I have above. I think Leicester's doctorate in social science might be the least costly. I am not really sure what an academic in the private sector is, but maybe find such people on LinkedIn and see where they did their doctorates.

Are you sure that a research-heavy degree is the best option if your destination is the private sector?

University of Glasgow seems to be offering their phd in Management by distance learning

Their business school is triple accredited, the university belongs to the Russel group, and their phd costs the same as any other UK phd, so I think this is the best DL PhD option available.
