My plan is to switch roles into a more executive position within the US. Which one would you pick out of these two online programs?

Both are highly regarded, though Kelley tends to rank higher, but at a higher cost too. It depends a lot on what you're after and where you'd like to work afterwards, as USC, for example, would offer connections in California that Kelley wouldn't. You should look into their specific programs, employability according to your goals, etc.
