Very few lawyers have MBAs. I'm not sure what work you are doing now, or want to do in future, but an LLM or corporate governance qualification might be better.

This means I assist buyers and sellers in transactions (share and asset deals) and advise on joint ventures and shareholder agreements. I frequently collaborate with corporate finance advisors and tax specialists. A solid understanding of finance and business is essential in this regard. I also draft commercial contracts. I have already completed an LLM and two legal specializations. An MBA might enable me to become a more effective advisor with greater insight into figures and business, enabling me to speak the client's language more effectively. It could also help me expand my network.
