Dear All,
Greetings.
I would like to do an Online MBA in the HR field within the Healthcare umbrella, are there any available universities that are specialised in this field, or if not, is any one aware of specialised certificates that should be taken after completing the MBA in HR.
Thanking you for your assistance.

I think that the general consensus on this board is that, in terms of specifications like HR/accounting/etc.; it's better to do a general MBA rather than something specific. This is because in a general MBA you'll learn the skills you'll need to be effective in your specialization - but you'll also have a degree that's more flexible and provide you with a more diverse skillset in the long run. However, specializations like healthcare sometimes require a more specific focus because of the particularities of the industry's structure and regulations.
There are only a couple online MBA courses that do have a healthcare focus - check out these schools:
George Washington University
The University of Scranton
Tiffin University

What you are thinking would strictly restrict your area of employment. Don?t narrow down your prospects.
