Those are three different kinds of MBA programs, each suits certain needs.
The regular MBA is designed for people with something like 2 to 6 years of professional experience.
The executive MBA, EMBA, is for candidates with more years of work experience than MBA, and who have been in senior management positions.
Both MBA and EMBA are usually tought in a business school, you have one-year and two-year full time programs, or also part time MBAs for those students who need to continue working.
As a special option for people bound to a certain location, some schools offer a distance learning MBA, which is an online MBA you can do from home.
So "Which ist better?" - is not the right questionm - it all depends on your personal goals.
