I was accepted into both Durham and Warwick online MBA programs. Now I have to make the decision on which one I will attend. Although Warwick is generally higher ranked, Durham is never too far behind in terms of MBA rankings and general university rankings. I also live and work in the US, so I’m not sure if employers are going to weigh them any differently.
My main concerns with Warwick is that it’s a young/ \newer university. It’s only about 50 years old while durham is over 180 years old. Durham is also cheaper and does not require travels to U.K. I’m also concerned about brexit affecting international rankings for U.K. universities, so even though they are both ranked well internationally, that might not be the case in 3-5 years.
In the US, do you think my job prospects would be any better with an MBA from Warwick vs durham?
I am very torn between the 2 schools. It's basically come down to price and future outlook for the universities. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
