I have done my masters in information technology and have a work experience of 4 years. I am looking to take up a leadership role and want to do an MBA. What would be the best choice? Online mba from a reputed institution or any local institution in germany?What would be your suggestion?

Want to be a lead or manager in the area of business analytics

Do those people have MBAs at the firms you are targeting? Use LinkedIn to find out. Maybe a master's in analytics is better?

Generally, look at the qualifications of the people in the target role, and then think about the support you need. For example, German company managers in functional roles rarely have MBAs.
