QM London is just so much better than Northampton. Illinois is also worth considering.

why QMUL is better than northampton?

It's part of several high-quality groups of universities (and dates back to 1785): the University of London, the Russell Group and PRIME. It's also quite advanced in the process to gain AACSB and EQUIS accreditation. It's a substantial, credible and well-ranked business school for pre-experience programmes. It's a very strong brand, like other UoL and Russell Group schools.

Northampton is small, not so well known, nowhere near as well recognised, is not a notable location for business research and, indeed, only became a university in 2005.

Relatedly, I saw that QMUL has hired an 'accreditation manager' - first time I've ever heard of a job like that:

Hello Duncan and Razors Edge,

I've been reading this thread in attempt to shed some light on QMUL Global Mba.
This morning I attended their webinar and chat with theyr new program director, recently hired.
The program is just 1 year and 1/2 old and that may explain their affordable fees, lack of the big 3 certifications and new management.
On the other hand I'm tempted by the reputation and global brand of University of London and Queen Mary, especially for distance learning.
Have you guys heard any feedback about the quality of the course yet ?
Should I take advantage of their recent start and hope for accreditations to be awarded later on? Razors Edge did you end up enrolling?
