George Washington University is probably the best one.
Texas - Tyler also offers a concentration in healthcare in its online MBA program, I believe, as does UMass Amherst - Isenberg. There's also Drexel - Lebow.
But in terms of university reputation and curricular expertise, it will be hard to beat the GWU program.
