These average salries after these programmes are excellent: http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/emba-ranking-2012 but, generally, part-time programmes don't have the same strong placement and careers services, because most students are already in work.

thanks for your information.
Actually I am currently working as a software engg in IT so which field would be good for me.

I'd recommend a general MBA, taking your electives from a wide range of subjects to broaden out your knowledge.

If you can choose higher educations on IT industry may be better for you.

You can do MBA in IT firm if you want to stay connected to the technical skills, else you can go for Marketing or Finance sector.
You can join Rajiv Gandhi Business School, Pune
It provides MBA for both Distance Mode and Regular Mode.

The program referenced above looks awful.
If you're looking for a part-time MBA program with a focus in information technology, I'd suggest something that's internationally-accredited that has demonstrable placements. The following part-time MBA programs are good for IT:
SMU - Cox
NC State - Jenkins
Alternatively, a more general online MBA program might be just as suitable - Aston, Warwick, Durham, etc.
