Questionnnn. So, most of what I read about MBAs focuses on recruiting, internships, and making a big career pivot but that's not really my situation.

I've been with the same healthcare company for six years and really enjoy the work. My manager has already mentioned that an MBA would strengthen my case for moving into a regional operations leadership role and the company is willing to reimburse part of the tuition if I stay, so I'm very interested in pursuing this path.

What I'm not sure and I wonder about is if I'd be missing out on the biggest benefits of business school, particularly the network and classroom experience.

Any thoughts on this?
