I don't think these degrees will do for you what you think they will do for you. And I know they won't cost you what you think they will cost you: these are mostly US state universities with low fees for in-state residents, as you would know if you had read their website of one of them patiently.&nbsp; I don't think any f these are under $13,000 for people who live outside the state.
