Though Durham Global MBA is not in this list, I would recommend it.

I ve talked to a couple of past IE students, over 30, IT background (one from Indie living in USA).
No complaints, very satisfied for the academic level, career switch during the academic year (from it to marketing).

Interesting list - of course it's based solely on the Economist report. IE's superiority sure comes at a cost, though - its fees are about double those of the arguably second-best program on that list, Florida/Hough's.

How about Independence University? The school is well-known in the space of online learning, accredited by the ACCSC and has over three decades of experience. You may want to check out their online MBA degree program and see if it fits your requirements.

Since the ACCSC accredits non-university level courses (See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Accrediting_Commission_of_Career_Schools_and_Colleges) I think most students wll be better off with a school accredited by AASCB, AMBA or EQUIS: http://www.find-mba.com/search/adede8ff/1
