Hi,
I've got accepted into the online MBA programs of Manchester Met, Open University and University of London.
I'm of the mind OU> MMU> UoL
Am I right about this?

It depends - what do you hope to achieve by doing an MBA? What are your longer term goals?

I work in the digital media space and I want an MBA because most of the senior management in my line seem to have one. Vertical leads, Product manager, Managing Editor etc. All the positions I aspire to seem to require an MBA to achieve in my line/at my workplace.
I live in India and I would also like my MBA to empower a move to Europe for me in the next 3 to 4 years.
Those are my short to middle term goals.

That probably sounds about right. The UoL programme doesn't have any of the major accreditations yet.
Where in Europe would you like to move to? The three programmes you have identified are all UK ones. If you have a firm idea of which country you want to move to, perhaps a programme from a university in that country could help more?

I'm not too decided on where exactly I'd like to move just yet.
I want a degree that would potentially hold weight across Europe.
I'm hoping the triple accredited MBA degrees in UK fulfill that. Also, I'm applying to Durham too. From what I've read on this forum and over the rest of the internet, that seems to be the no-brainer choice if I do get selected
