Wayne State College provide this education with low cost and The College also provides Online Faculties to students also...You should try this college for your purpose....I Think This is one of the best college for doing MBA in finance & IT at low cost...

I don't think you can find an online MBA with meaningful accreditation (http://www.find-mba.com/accreditations) for $10,000. The MBA is a very intensive degree, and to do it in one year will require full-time study. Why not go to an university near you and do it on campus?

No, there's not really much of anything. There are some regional schools in the States that offer pretty low-cost options (Oklahoma State/Spears, Prairie View A&M, Southeast Missouri State University, for example,) but the deals are really for students who live in those states (I'm assuming OP would be an international students,) and the benefits are really for regional students anyway.
