I have some few worries. I want to pursue a DBA program but financially constraint. The schools from my research that I can afford comfortably without compromising my monthly budget as are
Unicaf university DBA
Horizons university DBA - france
Apollos university
Ligs university
Monthly budget of $450.00
Are they good schools? any suggestions with the above budget?

None of these are better than your local state university.
I guess Appolos is the best, since it has distance learning accreditation, but really these are not great. Horizons and LIGS are not universities in a meaningful way.

What are your goals? Why are you looking at for profit universities? Why not take a part time PhD at your local university?

there is no DBA at your budget that has one of the three international accreditations
Here are some (probably the only) distance learning options:
Leicester or Heriot-Watt for PhD
Heriot-Watt or Middlesex for DBA
I also remember University of Iceland had Distance Learning PhD in Management which would be an option since there is no tuition at that university (but there is a meeting once per year, so there is some cost). Not sure if they still offer it, maybe check out
