I have been through most of the posts discussed here just wanted to seek opinion on my situation from people with experience .
I'm a software developer with 11 years of exp. Coming from highly technical background it's difficult for me to break into Managerial/Consulting positions. I have decided to change that. I'm based out of middle east and trying to get into EU in near future. Being a bachelors degree holder, I have already hit glass sealing and company overlook my application for higher roles. I want to leave my technical side behind and contribute more towards business operations.
For me online MBA is only option as i can afford it with my salary with 40,000 gbp/year upper limit. I'm not specifically looking into only project management roles but also leadership roles hence MBA.
Right now I only have acceptance from Warwick global online MBA. This is going to be huge investment on my part. But I'm assuming this will help me with job applications 2 years down the line as well as help with growing in my org as well. I can also get referrals from my contacts in EU when needed.
please advice if I'm on right path or should I look for any other alternative?

Take a full-time degree in the EU. That will lead to a work permit. It doesn't have to be an expensive MBA. Look at where in Europe the unemployment is lower than average (CZ, DE, MT, NL, PL) or where economic growth is higher than average (ES, GR, HR, MT, PT). Look at shortage skills areas.
Software development gives you great skills in project management that you can take into any industry.

Thanks @Duncan for the considerate reply. Appreciate you taking time. If I may I'll follow up with one more question.
Here's my dilemma. I'm a family man with little one on the way . I cannot afford to quit job and go for fulltime study. I'm earning decent in my current job and have some time to put in a degree.
What I'm thinking is this MBA would help me with my current role as in career progression and then later when I'm planing to switch to EU would also help me with my application as prestigious univ degree would look good with my current CV.
As for finding job in EU, Due to my profile I haven't had any problems in landing interviews remotely and getting offers so I think I can do same in future without having to quit job and relocate for studying.
Again, Any inputs appreciated

I don't see what an MBA would add. It overqualifies you for many roles. You could learn an additional European language with less time and money, transforming your employability.
PS To be more explicit: employers hiring from fulltime MBAs don't see online MBAs as a similar pool, and the same opportunities are not open. You are an experienced hire in your 30s. Aim for those jobs, not traditional roles after top fulll-time MBAs.
