Hi Prabhak,
With 7 years of experience, and being in a position of responsibility (if I got this right), in my opinion it would be a good moment in you career to think about further qualification.

Maybe I could give you some ideas and advice, but I didn't understand what kind of a diploma you are currently holding. Can you explain that a bit more to me?

Hi Kate,
Thanks for your response

To make a brief on my Diploma - Itz a 3 1/2 years programme (full time) with 2 sessions of Training at the industry with 6 months each (Sandwich Programme). The diploma is in the field of TOOL & DIE MAKING which has a detailed study on tooling like the tools for plastic components , steel components. This is more on a mechanical based subject and is approved by the Indian Government and is also recognized all round the globe. If you still have queries , i should be able to send the copies of the certificate to your mail ID if provided.

Regards
Prabhak

Hello Prabhak,
Actually what you need is a University degree of bachelor level, or equivalent. Is that the case?
If yes, and if you've held management positions in the last years, an MBA (or EMBA according to your professional experience) would suit you perfectly. I strongly encourage you to go for it!
