I am working Pharmacist, have 4 year experience in health sector. Is Diploma (Management) from LSE isa good option or MBA (non accredited).

What are your goals? In general, anything from LSE will look much better on your resume than an MBA from an unaccredited school.

Why not take advantage of one of the many flexible MBA programs in UAE? Hult, University of Dubai, LBS, Bradford, and Cass, among others, all offer various options.

Agreed with Laurie - LSE on your diploma will look much better than an MBA from a no-name uni.
if you really need the additional course content that an MBA would provide, I would pick and choose online classes from Coursera, etc.
