Need your advice on good accredited universities to complete my DBA through Distance Learning

It would be perfect to be highly ranked, cost is not an issue

Focus on which schools have available supervisors who are researching your topic using the same methodological approach. These will be the people who are writing the most cited recent and relevant papers in academic journals.  There are no meaningful rankings for doctoral programmes. It's the supervisor that matters, not the school, assuming you are focussing on reputable schools, the most cited and most respected scholars could be anywhere in the top 500 univerisities. 

PS don't rule out part-time PhD programmes. Many schools has flexibility to support part-time students, and will work hard if you are researching a topic of interest to one of their leading researchers.
