I have checked the above link, its a hibrid program. I was looking for a blended or online program as i am based in kuwait and my time won't allow me to attend every month. Please advice.

Escem in France is the cheapest accredited option. Otherwise why not Amity or the University of the People?

Somebody said that that ESCEM program was being offered at a "huge discount" last year, not sure what the rates are now:
