That diploma is the equivalent of last year of bachelor, so level 6 courses
The options that come to mind are:
-Level 6 diplomas like Btec
-Bachelor Top-ups
None of those is of the quality of LSE though.

I think your best bet is to check out Open university and see what they have to offer. They have a great variety of diplomas and certificates and the university is very good and reputable

Here is the structure, it may help
1st year of bachelor: Cert Higher education or HNC (level 4)
2nd year of bachelor: Diploma Higher education or HND (level 5)
3rd year of bachelor: Bachelor top-up (or the LSE graduate diploma) (level 6)

1/3 of masters: PG certificate (level 7 60 credits)
2/3 of masters: PG diploma (level 7 120 credits)
3/3 of masters: masters top-up (level 7 the last 60 credits)

The LSE _is_ in Europe, obviously.

The LSE is a qualification at the level of the final year of an undergraduate degree so, as George says, the best analogue to that is a top-up bachelor degree. However, I think there are literally no reputable universities on mainland Europe offering top-up degrees.

So, the closest thing will be a post-graduate diploma, but again there are very few. The ESCP Europe executive masters has some smaller degrees. The Advanced Management Program (AMP) delivered by Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) leads to a diploma.

I think there was a good university that was offering the core of the MBA without the dissertation, for very good price, with a diploma
I don't remember which it was, but we were talking about it. If someone remembers, it was triple accredited in UK. Maybe aston or bradford or henley? my mind is stuck

It was Bradford's certificate from their MBA in circular economy, but I think the OP wants mainland Europe https://www.bradford.ac.uk/study/courses/info/innovations-enterprise-and-circular-economy-pgcert-distance-learning
