This data will certainly be noisy, so it's not good to read too much into what you see on the LinkedIn results. Some MBA grads might only include the university, while others will include the business school.should we be looking at alumni at the University or its B-school itself?
i was filtering on LinkedIn, and the results are alot difference using the university name vs b-school of the university. ie. the Uni has a big overall alumi, (with its b-school alumni smaller percentage) Vs another Uni with a smaller overall alumni (with its b-school alumni higher percentage)or, it doesnt matter?
Because of this, I think you should only use the LinkedIn results to give yourself a general idea of alumni representation. Some business schools might also include a list of recruiters on their career pages, and some will even include detailed placement information in their career reports, if they publish them.
